PR Futures' Spring 2012 newsletter on its way!
Last quarter's newsletter was incredibly popular and we recieved great feedback from our clients and candidates. This quarter we are putting together a salary survey. We have coupled this with the usual format of tips and pointers and also the 'fun stuff'.
We're continually looking at adding value to the recruitment process and standing out as a 'recruiter of choice'. We're making our clients VERY happy!
At PR Futures we have been very busy interviewing key people for our clients. We're pleased to announce that we have successfully placed the PR Director who will head up the COLT account at Weber Shandwick, and they will start in January 2012. Also, an immediate starter for the RANK organisation: we have successfully put in place their PR & Comms Manager. It's all go and it isn't slowing down because Christmas is on the way! PR Futures successfully places PR Manager for the SAS
Another happy client for PR Futures: the recruitment team at the SAS called and explained that they had a pressing vacancy that had been with three other agencies and for three weeks, but that they had been unsuccessful in finding any suitable candidates. Within 48 hours we had three excellent candidates. All three went to first round interviews, two to the second round, and one was made an offer and starts within a matter of weeks.
We pride ourselves on our turnaround and the ability to 'get' our clients' needs and culture, but don't just take our word for it. Here's what SAS said: "I approached Justyne to assist SAS with a role. Justyne delivered 3 cracking CVs within 48 hours and even though this was the first time we had worked together, she understood the SAS culture quickly and with very little guidance from me.
