Digital Practice Manager, London
A full-time permanent job in Digital & New Media
Salary: £65,000 to £80,000 plus bonus and package
This is an exciting role reporting to the UK Head of Digital of this well-respected PRWeek top 10 Global PR Agency. The client-base is predominantly consumer focused, and the role is pure strategic, no account management responsibilities with a healthy mixture of strategy, creative and delivery. The successful candidate will be managing and growing a small team of digital specialists who bridge the entire client base plus dotted line management of 30 PR consultants.
Successful candidates must have experience of working on fully integrated campaigns and have a balance of digital expertise along with an understanding of how to use digital communications in effective PR messaging / campaigns.
An affinity for creative thought & idea generation
Ability to spot digital trends and insights and share with teams & client in order to mobilize develop and motivate
Ability to translate trends, technologies and metrics into conversational English (jargon busting)
· Broad consumer knowledge
· Ability to develop and/or shape digital strategies
· Experience of working on big brands
· Excellent digital media understanding –in lifestyle, luxury & FMCG
· Must be tapped into trends and style
· Creative affinity
· Strong commercial instincts
· Proven ability in client handling/ team account management
