Head of Property - full-time, permanent

Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 per annum plus very generous package

We have partnered with a growing fully integrated PR agency who are circa 50 strong based in central London. The agency is going through rapid growth and they seek to appoint a Head of Client Services to sit on the luxury property team and be part of the executive board.
You will have strong experience in the B2C residential property sector and want to play an integral part in driving and managing and growing the division. You will oversee all strategy on the accounts, the campaigns and delivery of projects whilst assisting in developing new business and identifying new business streams.
Leadership and P&L responsibility for the team
Leading the team to develop strategies for clients in the areas of consumer, lifestyle, luxury and travel
Revenue generation by extending engagements with existing clients or developing new client relationships
Leverage the culture to create a high-energy, positive, diverse, creative culture that attracts and retains top talent
Identify growth opportunities of the key service offerings to create a competitive offering
Marketing and industry conversation – ensuring the team are networking, conversing, attending industry events and broadening their own horizons and connectivity,
People and staff management across the UK and reporting into the senior board
You will be a seasoned PR consultant within the residential property sector, you will be a Director or an Associate Director looking for your next move and have desires to be part of the senior board to really shape and develop an agency, whilst taking the strategic client services lead.
